Is the Intermediate plan right for you?

The Intermediate plan is built for those who already train consistently and understand the basics. You know your way around a gym, you have a foundation in the main lifts or movement patterns, and the easy gains have already come and gone.

What you need now is structure that respects your level, periodises across nine months, and pushes you beyond the plateau you have probably been sitting on for a while.

  • You have 1–3 years of consistent training experience
  • You are competent in the main compound lifts
  • Progress has slowed or stopped on your current routine
  • You want progressive overload, periodisation, and a real diet plan
  • You are committed to nine months of intentional work

From questionnaire to delivery

Your plan is written from your answers and your training history. No templates, no recycled blocks.

Step 01

Pay $150

A one-time payment to unlock the questionnaire and your nine-month plan. Secure checkout via Stripe.

Step 02

Complete the questionnaire

A detailed form covering your training history, current lifts, goals, schedule, and lifestyle. Included with your plan, no extra charge.

Step 03

Receive your plan

Within 5 working days, you receive a digital copy of your 9-month periodised programme and diet plan, built around your answers.

Step 04

Add a consultation (optional)

For supplements, training adjustments, or nutrition refinement, add a 1-hour fitness or nutrition consultation. Booked via Calendly, paid in advance.

The Intermediate plan is a one-time purchase covering the full nine-month programme. No subscription, no rolling fees.

On completion, you can progress to the Advanced plan (12 months) for the next phase of your development.
