Is the Beginner plan right for you?

The Beginner plan is built for those at the start of their fitness journey. If you are new to structured training, returning after a long break, or have been training inconsistently without a clear plan, this is where to begin.

You don't need experience with the gym. You don't need to know the names of exercises. What you bring is the commitment to show up for the next six months. The rest is built around you.

  • You have 0–12 months of consistent training experience
  • You are unsure how to structure a week of training
  • Your nutrition feels random or reactive, not planned

Nothing is pulled from a template. Your plan is written around the answers you give and the life you actually lead.

Step 01

Pay $100

A one-time payment to unlock the questionnaire and your six-month plan. Secure checkout via Stripe.

Step 02

Complete the questionnaire

A detailed form covering your history, goals, schedule, equipment, and lifestyle. Included with your plan, no extra charge.

Step 03

Receive your plan

Within 5 working days, you receive a digital copy of your 6-month workout programme and diet plan, built around your answers.

Step 04

Add a consultation (optional)

For supplements, training adjustments, or nutrition refinement, add a 1-hour fitness or nutrition consultation. Booked via Calendly, paid in advance.

The Beginner plan is a one-time purchase covering the full six-month programme. No subscription, no rolling fees.

On completion, you can progress to the Intermediate plan (9 months) and then Advanced (12 months), each building on the foundation you have laid.
